A hooded sweatshirt dress with washed denim panels for the days that run long

This hooded dress for women pulls on in one motion and carries you from the morning errands to the grocery run and back home. The relaxed cut skims instead of clinging, and the hem lands just above the knee.

Washed denim panels run across the shoulders, over the hood, around the cuffs and along the hem, so the dress reads as two pieces while you only pull on one. Two slanted denim welt pockets sit at the hip, deep enough for a phone and a set of keys, and a small brown patch marks the chest. If you have given up on hooded dresses because they hang shapeless, the denim band at the hem gives the skirt weight and keeps it falling straight.

Wear it with sneakers and bare legs while the afternoons stay mild, then with tights and ankle boots once the mornings turn cold. A long cardigan over the top carries it through the winter. It comes in black, oatmeal, navy, beige and forest green, in sizes S to 2XL.
