Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:

3. Shipping Method and Product Origin
All orders are shipped directly from our supplier partners, primarily located in China.
Due to international shipping, customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply depending on the destination country.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the regulations of the destination country.

5. Delivery Responsibility
Once the tracking information indicates that the parcel has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, Parker & Hayes' responsibility ends.
It is the customer's responsibility to carefully verify the accuracy of the shipping address before completing the order.
Any address errors or requested address changes must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
If an incorrect address is provided, Parker & Hayes cannot be held responsible for any loss or delay of the order.
