Shipping

Orders are shipped directly from our supplier partners, primarily located in China.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that their order may be delivered in multiple parcels and shipped from different logistics centers.

Parker & Hayes cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its reasonable control.

5. Returns and Cancellations

The conditions regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds are set out in our Return Policy, which is available separately on our website.

Once an order has been processed, cancellation or modification of the order cannot be guaranteed.

6. Liability

Parker & Hayes shall not be held responsible for the loss of or damage to a parcel when the tracking information indicates that it has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

It is the customer's responsibility to carefully verify the accuracy of the shipping information before confirming the order.

Any incorrect address provided by the customer is the customer's sole responsibility and may result in additional charges or the loss of the order without entitlement to a refund.
