Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
We ship to the United States. Shipping is free on every order, with tracking.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes 4 to 9 business days, so 5 to 12 business days in total (Monday to Friday). Orders ship internationally from our supplier partners. All details are in our shipping policy.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking link. You can also follow your order on our tracking page.
My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
Delivery can take up to 12 business days. If your order has not arrived after that, email us at info@parkerhayes-newyork.com with your order number and we will look into it.
Do I have to pay import duties?
No, import duties are not charged to you: you normally pay nothing extra at delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for a local fee, please contact us before paying.
Returns and refunds
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 30 days of receiving it. Items must be unused and unwashed, with the original tags attached.
How do I return an item?
Email us first at info@parkerhayes-newyork.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, we send you the return address. Return shipping is at your own cost, including international shipping. Full details are in our return & refund policy.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has arrived and been checked, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 30 days.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All prices are in US dollars, and we do not add any payment fees.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments go through Shopify’s encrypted checkout, and we never see or store your full card details.

What if I'm unsure about sizing?
Check the size guide on the product page, next to the size options. If you are between two sizes, email us at info@parkerhayes-newyork.com and we will gladly help you choose.
