A one-shoulder floral maxi dress for weddings, garden parties and the evenings that ask for something more.

This is a full-length dress for women, cut with a single shoulder and a painted floral print that runs from the waistband all the way to the hem. It is the one you reach for when the invitation tells you the occasion matters: a wedding, an anniversary dinner, a birthday lunch under the trees.

The shoulder is a wide gathered band rather than a bare strap, so it stays where you put it and keeps the arm and the back of the shoulder covered. At the middle, a wrapped band crosses the waist and gathers behind it, drawing the line in without pinching. The skirt falls in two layers, a sheer outer one over a fuller one beneath, and the hem is cut uneven so it dips lower on one side.

Pair it with strappy heeled sandals and a small shoulder bag while the weather holds, or with a cropped jacket and closed heels once the evenings turn cool. The print comes in navy, pink and lavender, in sizes S to 2XL.
